📝 A Quick Note Before You Begin:

This informal tool is based on the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) and my personal experience as a PreK educator. I’ve rewritten these questions in parent-friendly language to help you better observe and reflect on your child’s skills.

This is not a formal evaluation—just a helpful way to check in on your child’s development and maybe spark some new conversations at home, with your child’s pediatrician, or their teacher.
